Meridian Foot Reflexology

Course description

Reflexology is an ancient healing system that has its roots in Oriental medicine, but in the West we commonly practice a modern form based on the concept of zones.

Lone Sorensen’s method of Meridian Foot Reflexology focuses on the 12 Major Chinese meridians and their reflections on the feet. She believes in identifying the cause of a health problem, as opposed to treating the symptoms.

In this 2-day course, you will learn about the six Yin/Yang pairs of meridians, their relationship within the Five-elements, and how to identify the root of a client’s health issues by assessing the Chinese meridians via the feet.

Practical work is a key feature of this course.
